Any third-party costs (venue, vendors, travel bookings) are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
Clients must provide accurate information, approvals, and required materials on time.
Any delay in approvals may impact timelines and delivery.
The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, or approvals (if applicable).
We may engage third-party vendors (venues, hotels, artists, etc.) for execution. While we ensure quality standards, we are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers.
All creative concepts, designs, content, and materials developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
We reserve the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and event content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays caused by external factors (weather, government restrictions, etc.)
Any loss arising from third-party failures
We are not responsible for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
